Site Description
The site is at the northern border of Andong new town, but is separated from it by the Henghe River. It is located 5 kilometers from the Anyang downtown. Its southern border adjoins the Henghe River, and it possesses great scenic country views
Project orientation
The project targets the high-end market and entrepreneurial elite. Cutting edge design combined with local amenities create access to this elite market. Anyang city is rich in culture with a 1,000 year continuous history; the Henghe River and adjacent green belt provide a unique natural environment. Our goal is to create contextual residences that reflect this rich culture and ecology.
Vision
Combine local architectural features with contemporary design principles. Create a fashionable and nuanced living town with waterscape, landscape, and architecture in the landscape. Realize the philosophical goal of “Away from dust but not away from city.”
